In obtaining this certification we have established a Quality Management System (QMS) that is implemented throughout the company. The establishment of this ISO 9001:2008 compliant QMS provides many benefits to our customers, as well as, our employees. SiloSmashers is also a Project Management Institute (PMI) Registered Consultant, and a founding member of the Registered Consultant Program (RCP). The RCP was established by PMI to help organizations that need project management assistance, to find the “top companies” with depth of knowledge and expertise in project management; who have a documented history of delivering relevant and successful project management consulting services; and who strictly adhere to RCP requirements regarding business ethics, consistently demonstrating high ethical standards of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality, in their services delivery.
