Our proposal teams establish individual sites in SharePoint to help them through each step of the proposal life cycle. In addition to providing a joint writing capability, these sites offer access to everything from past proposals to resumes and contract information. The site also gives managers situational awareness of progress on the proposal. The result is stronger proposals and more wins.

Enhanced Project Management

When we win projects, our proposal sites evolve into project sites already populated with contract information, as well as other information from the proposal process. The sites become critical life cycle resources for our project teams and managers. Supporting collaborative work efforts, projects sites help streamline workflow, generate timely information reporting and enhance communications among project team members and with the customer.

We’re also strong believers in face-to-face teambuilding. Everyone has the opportunity to participate in staff meetings. We also encourage participation in “big idea” meetings where ideas for new business are brainstormed and considered – especially those that may be out of the norm for SiloSmashers.
