Angela Drummond Angela Drummond is the founder and CEO of SiloSmashers. She established the firm in 1992 to provide collaborative management consulting services to the public and private sectors. Her personal vision is to forever change the way business is done. Ms. Drummond is an expert in the fields of collaborative change management and program management. She has consulted extensively, leading company projects in strategic planning, change management, knowledge management, large technology implementation, culture assessment and merger and acquisition. She is a pioneer in developing the Cultural Integration Methodology, which focuses on corporate culture gap analysis and the integration of cultures during mergers or acquisitions. Prior to starting SiloSmashers, Ms. Drummond worked with Wilson Hill Associates and the Maxima Corporation. Ms. Drummond is an active member of Women in Technology and the Industry Advisory Council – serving as chair for the 2006 annual charity gala benefiting “Homes for Our Troops.” She serves on the Board of Governors for the Tower Club and the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes. Ms. Drummond is a founding member of the National Association of Women Business Owners NOVA Chapter.. Ms. Drummond is a frequent speaker on industry and association panels on the subjects of leadership and change management. She has been featured on TV, radio and in numerous print publications and books. A Native American, Ms. Drummond is a descendant of the Powhattan Confederation, and native to Virginia. She received a Bachelor of Science from Radford University.

Charles B. Mudd, Jr. Charles Mudd is the President of SiloSmashers. One of our firm’s two partners, he has more than 30 years of experience in industry and government. Prior to joining SiloSmashers, Mr. Mudd worked with large national and international companies. Throughout his career, he directed the acquisition and integration of more than 10 firms into existing organizations throughout the U.S. He increased the profitability and marketing effectiveness of these organizations and led the formation and implementation of more than 15 joint ventures with major national and international companies. Mr. Mudd is affiliated with many professional organizations, including the Association for Corporate Growth, Washington Board of Trade, American Society of Civil Engineers, Institute of Transportation Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Planning Association to name a few. He currently serves as vice president of a Shared Interest Group for the Industry Advisory Council and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners as a Program Manager/Project Manager. In addition, Mr. Mudd sits on numerous national and regional boards, including corporate, university, non-profit and charitable organizations. Mr. Mudd received a Master of Science in Civil/Transportation Engineering and a Master of Science in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida.

Cheryl Roberts, CPA Cheryl Roberts is responsible for overseeing all financial and Information Technology functions at SiloSmashers. She brings over 20 years of experience in global finance and accounting. Ms. Roberts previously served as the CEO and Founder of CFO Solutions where she was a government compliance consultant leading and managing Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance requirements for Anteon International Corporation. Prior to CFO Solutions, she held the position of Senior Vice President of ICF Kaiser International and CFO of the Consulting Group at ICF Kaiser International. Ms. Roberts has led international finance organizations in a wide range of businesses from small revenue operations to multi-billion dollar international companies. She has served as Interim CFO to numerous companies including Appnet Systems, Apache Medical Systems, Kastle Systems, Headstrong, N-Link, and Cybertrust. Ms. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. |

Richard Sherwood, PMP Dick Sherwood is responsible for the overall operations of SiloSmashers and ensures the high quality of its services. He brings our company over 25 years of experience in project management and executive leadership. His industry experience includes oil, gas and energy services; international investment banking; transportation; federal government; insurance and IT services. He specializes in complex project management, the turn-around of troubled projects, project management office implementation and management, organizational change, IT implementation, executive management direction for business and financial operations, business development for regional operations, planning and system analysis. Past clients include Halliburton, Credit Suisse First Boston, American Airlines, Sabre Group, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, IBM and Hewlett-Packard. He also has extensive experience with the federal government and U.S. Army. Mr. Sherwood holds a Master’s degree in management from the Naval Postgraduate School and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada. He is also a graduate of the Air War College and U.S. Army Command and Staff College.

Lauren L. White Lauren White leads SiloSmashers strategic growth efforts within the government contracting industry as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. She bring over 20 years of providing information technology solutions and services to the U.S. and international governments. Ms. White joins SiloSmashers from BearingPoint, where she served as Business Development Director for the Emerging Market Sector and developed and drove USG cross agency solutions. In this position, she developed an Emergency Preparedness and Response Business Area for domestic and international businesses. Prior to BearingPoint, Ms. White served as Corporate Development Vice President at The Orkand Corporation where she built and managed the business development team. She also served as Program Executive at IBM in the U.S. Federal, Global Services, and Financial sectors. Ms. White received a Bachelor of Arts from Mary Washington University and is a MBA candidate at Marymount University. She has served as a chairperson for the World Bank IT & Development Private Sector Commission for Private Sector Emerging Market Collaboration, a member and juror for the Rome Technology Council for Information Technology, and is a North American Representative and Juror Coordinator for the Stockholm Challenge European Union Global IT Competition.
